We want you to love your CoreFit order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at crissecom910@gmail.com for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For items you simply no longer want, we accept returns for store credit or a refund of the product price (original and return shipping costs are non-refundable).

How to Start a Return

Email crissecom910@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
